How do I become a seller at Lilybugs?

Register online here!! Just go to our consignor page for full details and get started.

How can I get news and information on upcoming events?

Join our mailing list and we encourage you to join our Facebook page for daily updates throughout the sale season.

What items do you accept?

Girls’ and boys’ clothing (sizes : infant through 20), children’s shoes, toys, outdoor and indoor play equipment, bikes,

bedding, room decor, baby equipment, children’s furniture, books, videos, maternity clothing, and MUCH MORE! See

Will you take all my items?

We will inspect all items at your drop-off appointment time. Please know it is important that we maintain quality

items for our sale so it is imperative we check each item to make sure they follow our policies as outlined on our

website.

NOTE: WE DO NOT TAKE ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN RECALLED, INCLUDING CHILDREN’S FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT

THAT IS MORE THAN 5 YEARS OLD. Please visit http://www.cpsc.gov for a complete list of recalled children’s items.

If any items do not meet the policies of the sale they will be returned to the consignor during inspection.

How can I shop before the public?

All volunteers who work a shift during sale week will receive a ticket to shop at our volunteer only preview sale.

Please visit the volunteer page to register to shop early!

Can I bring a bag or basket with me while I shop?

Yes. We will be giving out 400 reusable shopping bags for the first shoppers and we suggest you bring your own bag

or basket too! This will assist you in shopping and free your hands.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final with no returns.

What forms of payments do you accept?

Cash, check , and all major credit cards. Photo ID is required for all check and credit card transactions. A small fee

will be added to all credit card transactions.

Can I bring my children to the preview sale?

We LOVE kids! We do ask you leave children at home with a sitter during the preview sale. The store is very busy

with long lines at the register and large crowds. Each person must have a ticket to enter, this includes children 10

and older.

Are strollers allowed in the sale?

Due to the size of our facility and safety issues we can not allow strollers or rolling carts on the sales floor on our

opening shopping night. We do allow strollers for our Saturday sale hours!

Can I volunteer for more than one shift?

Yes, and by doing so, you can receive an earlier shopping time for every shift you volunteer.

Can I bring my children with me to volunteer?

Sorry, No. Because of the amount of work to be done and the possibility of injury to small children, we ask that you

do not bring your children to your scheduled volunteer time.

When is the volunteer only preview sale?

The night before the public sale, available to volunteers only. Visit the volunteer page for full details and to register to

volunteer.

Who is allowed to shop at the volunteer preview sale?

Volunteers may shop the preview sale. Each shopper MUST have a preview ticket to enter the preview sale as this is

for volunteers only.

Why are there a limited number of volunteers?

Volunteers are based on the needs of the sale.
