The registration deadline for a pre-sale drop-off shift is August 15th. After that date you will be offered Friday drop-off scheduling, replenishing for public sale.
Every consignor must select a drop-off shift. Even those planning to use our Express Drop-Off service.
What to expect at your drop-off appointment: (approx. 30-45 minutes)Enter through the main entrance at Grace Christian Church.You will be greeted by a Lilybugs staff volunteer & asked to fill out some simple paperwork.Bring in your items and they will be taken to the inspection area by one of our volunteers.Leave a tote per every 200 items you are consigning if you are not donating your unsold inventory.Wait in the designated area until your items have been inspected.Checkout before leaving… THAT'S IT!
Choose to DONATE ALL of your unsold items, print tags on white cardstock, and use EXPRESS DROP-OFF without even needing to step out of your vehicle during the drop-off process!
When you consign with Lilybugs, you may collect all your unsold/ non-donated items after each sale AND get your check that day!!
What to expect at consignor pick-up: (approx. 15-30 minutes)Pick up is the last day of the sale- Saturday at 3:30pm until 4:30pm, based on first come, first serve.Lilybugs hosts up to 200 consignors so arrive at the time that best fits your schedule.Enter through the Grace Early Learning Center doors, located to the left of the main entrance.Sign in and proceed to the designated pick up area.Look for your tote and any other large items labeled with your consignor number.There will be volunteer workers to help assist you in finding your items and taking them to your vehicle if needed.PICK UP YOUR CHECK: Stop by customer service located in the Grace Early Learning Center's foyer.All items that have not been picked up by 4:30pm will be donated to a local charitable organization, as outlined in the Consignor Agreement. Lilybugs & Grace Christian Church are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to items.If our pick-up time does not work for you, please send a friend or relative with a signed permission release to retrieve your remaining inventory on your behalf.
NOTE: All persons picking up unsold items must verify the account by name, consignor number, and/or telephone number as listed on the Consignor Agreement. Sorry, but no exceptions will be made.
*All checks not picked up on Saturday will be mailed the following Monday.
