TAGGING INSTRUCTIONS:All items must be clean, with no missing parts, and in good conditionChoose (1) one identical shade of one color of cardstock to print tags on. The UPS Store and Georgetown Printing both sell individual sheets.Do not use white, cream, or off-white as white is for donations onlyYou may want to avoid purchasing the multipacks of cardstock, as the shade of each tag must be consistent. We recommend yellow, orange, pink, light green, light blue. Please avoid dark colors like red, blue, green, and brown.If you choose to DONATE items print those item tags on WHITE CARD STOCKPlace all garments on hangers with the hook facing to the left (like a question mark?)ONLY seasonal items will be accepted- Spring/Summer for our March Sale & Fall/Winter for our September SaleSAFETY PINS: attach your tag to the top right of each garment with a 1-inch or larger safety pin (see photo example) TAGGING GUNS: you must tag items IN A SEAM OF THE GARMENT if using a tagging gun to prevent damage to clothing and to avoid holes from formingAll pants, skirts, and bottoms of any kind must be pinned to the hanger AT THE TOP of the hangerTwo piece outfits must be hung with the shirt on the hanger as normal, then flip the hanger around and pin the pants or skirt to the back of the hanger (through the shirt as well). This allows for both pieces to be seen easily and prevents pants/skirts from being lost.If you have a set with accessories (i.e., booties, hats, hair bows) they should be pinned on the front of the matching item, perhaps secured in a zip-top bag. Keep those cute hats, booties, and accessories with their partners!Toys and equipment must be securely tagged with packaging tapeItems containing small parts must be placed in zip-top bags with the tags taped to the outside, then with the bags taped to the larger itemsAll battery-operated toys MUST include working batteriesMaternity has no limits, however, the first 10 will be put out for Thursday’s sale and the remaining will replenish for Friday’s saleShoes have no limits, however, the first 10 pairs will be put out for Thursday’s sale and anything over 10 pairs will be accepted and added to Friday’s replenish sale. Shoes must be pinned, zip tied, laced, or bagged as a pair, with the tag secured to the outside of the bag or on the sole of the shoe, if unbagged.Small accessory items (bibs, onesies, socks, etc.) should be placed in zip-top bags with the tags taped to the outside of the bagsAll baby gear and furniture must be assembled. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY ITEMS MORE THAN 5 YEARS OLD. For sanitary reasons mattresses for play yards, crib/toddler bed and changing pads must be vinyl and contain no rips, stains, or or tears. We do not accept mattresses any larger than crib sized and they must not be older than 5 years.We strongly suggest that books, movies, computer games, etc. be packed in zip-top bags with tags taped to the outside. Otherwise, books may become damaged as tape is pulled off at checkout.All items will go through an inspection process during your scheduled drop-off appointment. Items tagged or prepared incorrectly will not be accepted for sale. Please remember that ONLY children’s items and maternity clothing are accepted.

We will accept the stroller only.)Plastic hangers or plastic coated wire hangersOut-of-season clothing/itemsBottles, sippy cups, and similar items used in the mouthUnderwear, cloth diapers, nursing bras (unless unopened in new packaging)Mattresses larger than crib size or any that are not vinyl.Stuffed animals, including beanie babiesMovies, games, or electronics rated PG-13 or moreVHS moviesScotch tape for securing tags on items—use ONLY clear packing tapeSizes larger than children’s—no adult or junior clothing/shoes.Any items that are not hung or tagged correctly as outlined above cannot be accepted.Hand-printed tags—all tags MUST be printed using our consignment software system (i.e., barcodes are needed at checkout)Mark-over tags—once a tag has been printed it CANNOT be changed (i.e., for your own protection, crossed out/initialed changes will not be accepted; if you need to change a tag, you must use our consignment software system and reprint the tag)

Lilybugs Children's Sale has policies in place in an attempt to prevent loss or theft, however Lilybugs is ultimately not responsible for items that are lost or not returned.
At any time before or during the sale, items not meeting Lilybugs standards may be pulled from the sales floor without prior consent. Items marked for donate or with missing tags that are not claimed will be donated to a local charity.
