Here are the details:
EXPRESS DROP OFF
If you choose to DONATE ALL of your items, you can now participate in Express Drop Off. When you come to your drop off time, all you have to do is drive up to the Express Drop Off area, call or text the number and sign in. We will confirm all your items have white cardstock tags, get your items out for you, and then you can sign the paperwork to be on your way. Now you can donate all your items while earning an extra 5% and not even have to come inside at drop off. See below for more details on the donate all.
Volunteer Preview Sale: Thursday 6:00 pm-10:00 pm
Public Sale: Friday- 5:00 pm-9:00 pm (*early admission at 4:00 pm with $10 donation)
Half-Off Sale Saturday- 8:00 am-12:00 pm (*select items only)
We are lifting the limit on total number of items each consignor number may have. That’s right, no need for 2 numbers and an extra $10.00 fee! You can now enter as many items as you like 1-1,000!
As always, all items will go through the inspection process but this will keep you from having to hold on to all your items for another year, just bring them all!
Here is how it works….
The first 200 items through inspection will go out on our Thursday pre-shop night and any items after those 200 will go out with replenish to be ready for new & returning shoppers for the Friday night public sale night!
We will have to stay true to our numbers for shoes and maternity for the Thursday night shopping. So this means you can still bring as many as you like but the items over the “limits” will be put out on Friday. For example: You bring in 15 shoes, we will put out the best 10 Thursday, and the remainder 5 on Friday for shopping = they will be in the replenish items!
THE BREAK DOWN:
200 items will go out on Thursday night pre-shop night and the additional items will got out on Friday to replenish public sale night!

EARN EXTRA 5% OF SALES!!
Choose to donate all your un-sold items to charity after the sale and get 5% more of your sales. When you choose this option it is important to note you MUST print your tags on white card stock. This will ensure your items are donated and will indicate you will receive the perk of donating all items. Plus you enter the preview sale 30 minutes earlier.
THE BREAK DOWN:
Consignors get 50% of sales
Volunteers get an extra 20% of sales = 70%
Consignors who volunteer and donate all unsold items receive 75% of sales!
We are working hard to get more new items in on Friday to grow and extend our sale! How we plan to do this is by allowing an unlimited number of consignors and an unlimited number of items per consignor!! Due to the size of the facility, to grow our sale we will need to use the second day of shopping as a replenish day! This will not only give us an unlimited number of items but also get a second day of excitement as new items will be added= more deals & more great stuff!!
THE BREAK DOWN:
Due to the size of our facility and safety issues we can not allow strollers or rolling carts on the sales floor for Thursday or Friday night shopping. We do allow strollers for Saturday sale hours!
We hope these policies will allow our sale to reach more families and benefit our community on a much larger scale. We are excited about the future of Lilybugs and the impact it will have on our community.
